 LEGAL: LLD'zines reserves the right to decline participation in the development of web sites that contain, or contain links to, any of the following: nudity, sex, pornography, child pornography, foul language, hate propaganda, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or spam; proprietary or confidential information, content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights, or any material which may be insulting to another person or company, or that which may be deemed by HalcyonHome to be harmful to children. Providing material that is grossly offensive to the Internet Community including expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity and promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities are grounds for refusal of services by LLD'zines. If it is discovered after completion of web site development and/or during the term of hosting agreement that Client has inserted content as described above, LLD'zines reserves the right to take legal action to ensure that all images/graphics developed by LLD'zines are removed from said web site. Client will be required to sign an Agreement to this effect. COPYRIGHTS: Images and/or graphics provided by Client must be royalty-free and shall remain the sole property of the Client. Services provided by LLD'zines shall not be considered "work for hire". Images and/or graphics developed by LLD'zines shall remain the sole property of LLD'zines unless otherwise negotiated. Client shall retain license for exclusive use until and/or unless Client gives up that right. Client will be required to sign an Agreement to this effect. No work prepared for Client under this agreement shall be considered a work for hire under United States copyright law. Explanation: Should LLD'zines produce a graphic/image that client feels has potential for use other than the original intent (for Client's web site), said graphic/image may not be used without written consent from LLD'zines and/or negotiated compensation. Example: LLD'zines
develops an image that would be attractive in another medium and Client
wishes to market this image; Client must notify LLD'zines of such intent
and offer appropriate compensation (purchase the Copyright from LLD'zines
or offer royalties).
