For those of you experienced in using border backgrounds,
you can see that I'm trying something a bit different; it's an experiment
that I hope will succeed. This is not designed as a border background;
rather it is meant for an entry or navigation page, or for a poem, or to
send as a special message to someone you care about...this is why it's
called the "Notepaper" series. If you keep the page short, the pattern
will not repeat...but then, you may not care of the pattern repeats.
The bonus here is, you don't need the v-spacer.
