The lantern frame was done with my Hammered Copper preset and the flames are an EyeCandy filter.  The inner picture frame was done with the same preset and the outter frame was the same preset applied to a dark base.

The setting is a photo from Art Today; the fireworks display is  clipart I messed with and dropped in.  Lots of blading with my own presets:  spaceship frame is my Pewter Silk; innards and WannaBe bodies was done with my Silver Lattice; the faces were done with my Frosty Lime as was the frame, only I applied that same preset over a medium grey base for the frame. I borrowed a couple of tubes for the stuffed aminals.
