| If you've been touring my Gallery, you'll recognize that I incorporated two previous challenges here. The wings were done with Spectrum Glass fills; her hair and the stocking used my BladePro presets. I used Greg's pool shadow filter to put the light on her and the rest was done with PSP tubes. |

| I chose to use the Pegasus and incorporate the Fairy because I felt the two belonged together. Her wings and dress were filled with modified Spectrum Glass with a low opacity. I applied a low value of gausian blur to give her a more ethereal look before I applied the motion trail filter and a bit of pool shadow. Finally, I smudged the edges of the swirls to blend a bit, and added the frame by applying low level noise to it and then an inner bevel. |
