In Good Taste - Shared Recipes from Breast Cancer Survivors






FOOD can become a major issue for those who are working towards wellness while surviving breast cancer.  Often our appetite vanishes.  This can be caused by shock of the diagnosis, depression, medications and/or by chemotherapy.  FOOD is necessary to maintain strength and to fuel us through our journey. FOOD can also provide comfort, nurturing and FUN.

Some of these recipes are meant to just eat-it-for-the-fun-of-it and be-happy-if-it-stays-down, and some are nutritious.  All of them have been contributed by the SURVIVORS of bcsupport.org.
